Angela Leuck

Originally from British Columbia, Angela Leuck lives with her husband, Steve Luxton, in the village of Hatley, Quebec. She holds a BA from the University of Saskatchewan and an MA in economics from McGill University but decided to forgo a career as an economic forecaster to become a writer. For the past twenty years, she has focused on haiku and tanka, publishing four collections, and is now exploring longer form poetry. She has edited many anthologies, including Water Lines. In 2020, she purchased Shorline Press of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and relocated it to the Townships.

Meghan Redmile

Meghan Redmile is Canadian author of  Hold On, Let Go and the self-care journal and workbook, I Got This. She is a vintage enthusiast and history nerd, Meghan transports you to a time envisioned through the stories of her grandparents and her love of the bygone eras of the 1930s and 1940s. Living in the Eastern Townships of Quebec with her husband and two miniature dachshunds she is a mental health advocate, seamstress, and chocolate lover. Meghan is currently working on her third novel.

Jamie Moar

Jaime is both a teacher and entrepreneur at heart. After spending 10 years teaching yoga to kids, grown-ups and all ages with special needs she has now stepped into her true calling as an Alignment Coach and human design reader. With a background in education, psychology, yoga, personal development and human design Jaime has a tool belt overflowing with gifts to share. And if you haven't heard about human design, get ready to learn about a modality that will give you multiple permission slips to be yourself. 

During the summers Jaime runs her family's marina/restaurant on beautiful Brome Lake in the Eastern Townships. While she never would have thought running a restaurant would be her dream, the Marina has become a part of her soul. She uses it to enhance a couple of her core values - connection and community. Oh! And she gets to teach yoga on the docks which is the most magical yoga studio around!

Sarah Katie Holmes

Sarah's love for all things movement and creativity began years ago. She first started dancing and acting on the stage of Theatre Lac Brome and became a constant in Massey Vanier's Dance program. After graduation, she pursued commercial dance studies in jazz, ballet, hip hop, theatre, musical theatre and vocals at George Brown, the Toronto City College. Upon returning to Quebec Sarah moved to Montreal and began training at the 8Count Dance Complex for several years where she landed a role in the last Step Up movie, Step Up 5 : All In, Mary Poppins the musical at Theatre St Denis and in Quebec City as well as concerts, Montreal events, music videos and television performances. Over the last few years Sarah has focused on teaching dance to all ages ranging from 6 months old to 50 + in Montreal studios such as H4L and Junior Jams. Two years ago, Sarah decided to get her personal trainer's certificate and rapidly began expanding her services including corporate fitness, Bootcamp programs, online programs and 1-1 coaching. Last year Sarah quit her 11-year career working with the mentally disabled to become a small business owner and moved back to the townships. She aspires to continue teaching the importance of movement, dance and self-love to small children and adults alike. Now the creator of her own world she runs an online gym providing virtual classes and movement programs as well as teaching dance in studios, private fitness/dance classes for all ages and lunch hour school programs.
